Abstract 

Aptitude testing is a testing whom designed to get potential of talent someone. One of 

techniques to get a quality testing is adaptive with IRT3  (Item Response Theory Three Parameters) 

apply testing where intake of score not only based on many right answer but also use parameters whom 

influence their answer.  Aptitude testing online based on Computer Adaptive Test (CAT) only include 

questions and question parameters without know furthermore process by software, and  can get test 

score quick and accurate.
